We are based in Grabill, Indiana, a small town nestled within the heart of northeastern Indiana’s rustic Amish country. In business since 1974, we have over 30 years of experience in our industry. While we employ all the latest, computer-controlled equipment, much of our finishing work is still done by hand. Many of our talented craftsmen have been with us for over 20 years.

Pionite High pressure laminate is manufactured in a flat press by combining decorative papers saturated in melamine resin with phenolic-impregnated kraft layers. The panels are trimmed to size and the backs are sanded to facilitate bonding. The thickness of the laminate is determined by the number of kraft layers used.
